You must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction. Products are not intended for unsupervised use by young children.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Colors, scale, finish, and appearance can vary because of screens, lighting, photography, natural variation, and product availability. For mystery products, example photos show the general aesthetic and possible assortment. Exact pieces may vary unless a specific item is expressly guaranteed.

4. Materials and Safety

Unless expressly stated and verified, customers should not assume jewelry is sterling silver, solid gold, gold-filled, nickel-free, lead-free, hypoallergenic, waterproof, tarnish-proof, antique, authentic vintage, or made with a natural gemstone. Jewelry may contain small parts and should be kept away from young children and pets.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped. We may cancel an order for legitimate reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, material pricing/listing error, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or inability to complete requested customization. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the applicable refund.

Prices are displayed in the selected currency or at checkout. Bank/payment-provider conversion rates may differ. We may change prices prospectively; changes do not alter an accepted order except where correction of an obvious pricing error is permitted or required by law.

Sales tax, VAT, duties, and other charges may be calculated at checkout where required. International customers may also be responsible for import charges not expressly included or prepaid at checkout.
