PAYMENT & BILLING POLICY

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. At least one conventional payment method, such as a major credit/debit card or another supported payment provider, is available when offered for the destination. Payment methods may vary by country, currency, device, or provider availability.

2. Order Authorization

When an order is placed, the selected payment method may be authorized for the purchase amount and any taxes, shipping charges, duties collected at checkout, or other charges clearly disclosed before purchase.

3. Currency

The website may display multiple currencies. If a bank, card issuer, wallet, or payment provider performs currency conversion, its exchange rate or fee may differ from the website display.

4. Payment Security

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers using their payment infrastructure. Designers Home does not ask customers to send full card details by email, chat, or social media.

5. Failed or Declined Payments

If payment is declined, the order may not be confirmed. Contact the payment provider if a valid transaction is incorrectly declined.

6. Fraud Prevention

Orders may be reviewed for payment-security or fraud concerns. We may request reasonable verification or cancel an order when authorization cannot reasonably be verified.

7. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@designers-home.net with the order number and description of the issue. We will review the transaction and, where appropriate, correct the billing error or issue a refund.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe there is a billing, delivery, or product problem, contact support@designers-home.net so we can investigate and provide the applicable remedy. Nothing in this policy limits rights with your payment provider or under applicable law.
