Our mystery products are designed to provide a curated surprise while making the important purchase conditions clear.

1. What a Mystery Product Is

A mystery jewelry jar or box contains a curated assortment of fashion jewelry or accessories selected around the theme, aesthetic, color direction, or style described on the product page. It is not a fixed set of identical items shown in product photographs unless the listing expressly states otherwise.

2. Example Photos

Product photographs show the overall aesthetic, styling direction, possible item types, and presentation. Exact jewelry pieces, charms, colors, shapes, and combinations may vary from the photographs.

3. Curation

We select pieces to create a cohesive assortment rather than simply filling a container with unrelated items. The selection may consider disclosed customer preferences when the product page allows preference notes.

4. Preferences

Customers may be able to provide preferences such as favorite colors, metal tone, earring preference, ring size, preferred styles, or items they prefer to avoid. Preference notes are considered during curation but are not guarantees unless the product page expressly says so.

5. Quantity

If a product page provides an approximate or guaranteed item count for a particular size or variant, that information applies to the selected product/variant. Customers should review the selected size or variant before checkout.

6. Materials

Mystery assortments may contain pieces with different materials, finishes, plating, stones, beads, resin, acrylic, or other components. The specific product page controls. Unless expressly stated and verified, do not assume an item is sterling silver, solid gold, gold-filled, nickel-free, hypoallergenic, waterproof, tarnish-proof, antique, authentic vintage, or made from a natural gemstone.

7. Allergies and Sensitivities

If you have a known metal allergy or other sensitivity, review the specific product information and contact support@designers-home.net before ordering if clarification is needed. A general preference note is not an allergy or safety guarantee.

8. Returns

Because the mystery format is part of the product, a return normally cannot be requested solely because the exact surprise pieces differ from photographs or because the customer dislikes a non-guaranteed selection, where permitted by law. Damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrect orders remain subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer rights.

9. Gift Orders

Mystery products may be purchased as gifts. If a gift-message option is available, customers may submit a message according to the checkout instructions.
